Essential Pediatrics is a private practice dedicated to supporting and empowering children and their families. Founded by Liz Johnson in 2023, it was built on years of experience in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and homes—recognizing the need for expert care and trusted guidance for parents.

We believe every child should have the opportunity to reach their full potential without limitations. Our team works closely with kids to help them grow while guiding parents through every stage of their child’s development. From answering questions about milestones to diagnosing and implementing effective treatment plans, we help families navigate new diagnoses with clarity and confidence.

Meet the Team

At Essential Pediatrics, we’re more than healthcare providers—we’re partners in your child’s journey.

As both a passionate clinician and a devoted mother, Liz created Essential Pediatrics to balance her love for helping children with her own journey as a parent. She is committed to providing the same support to parents, ensuring they feel informed and empowered.
